Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you send us.

Quote request: in addition, your town and the answers you give about the type of work, the surface area and your timing.

Technical data: our hosting provider automatically logs connection data such as your IP address, for security and to keep the service running.

We use your data to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, where applicable, carry out the agreed work. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request and performing the contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Logging technical data for security rests on our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and protected (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

We keep correspondence and quotes for as long as the client relationship lasts, and afterwards for the applicable statutory limitation, tax and accounting periods. Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted once they are no longer useful.

Web hosting: Vercel Inc., acting as a processor.

Email: the mail provider we use for info@stuccosaurus.com, through which form submissions reach us.

Instagram widget: Elfsight. When it loads, your browser connects to their servers and to Instagram/Meta's image infrastructure, which receive your IP address.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the safeguards set out in the GDPR apply, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

You may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, as well as restriction of or objection to processing, and portability, by writing to info@stuccosaurus.com.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (www.aepd.es), or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we apply reasonable technical measures to protect information. Please note that transmission over the internet or by email is never entirely secure: do not send us special category or financial data through the form.
